Our attorney, Donald A. Brady, Jr. graduated from Phillips University with a Bachelor of Arts in religion in 1985. He then went to Seminary, where he received a master’s in Divinity in 1988. After earning his master’s, he attended the law school at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, where he received his J.D. in 1996.
Attorney Brady was licensed in Arkansas in 1997 in the Eastern and Western District of Arkansas in 1998. He is the only Arkansas attorney who is nationally certified in the areas of consumer and business bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification. Attorney Brady also served as the first president of the Northwest Arkansas Debtor-Creditor Bar Association.
